Fun on the allotment.

I’m starting to think I put my potatoes in too early, and didn’t cover them enough to survive the late frost …

1. allotmentnoob said: Depends how deep they are? A late frost may not be cold enough to penetrate the top 1-2 inches? I think they’ll be fine!
2. greedygardener said: I’ve put mine in - earth them up when the leaves begin to show. If a really hard frost is forecast, you can always put a fleece over them.
